  What is Freestyle Dancing?

  After the class, this is the time to practice what you have learnt and is a great way to get used to the music and the steps. It is when everyone and anyone can dance the night away. All instructors are more than keen to dance with you. Join in the FUN! dancing with lots of people in 'Freestyle' to complete the perfect night out.

   

  Warm ups & Cool downs

  The funkiest warm ups and cool downs for Salsa. Influenced by
  
  Beki's unique way of implementing a fusion of various dance styles
  
  and techniques into Salsa.

  These get the blood pumping and are lots of fun!
