An urban dance zone offering an explosive fusion of dance styles in dance routines built up over a block week period. Great for excercise and toning.

Classes start with an explosive warm-up bursting into body isolation and urban moves, followed by carefully choreographed routines to work all the important muscles and body parts. This class creates as great workout whilst having fun and tones all over!
You can pay as you go or take advantage of the block booking offer.
You get to learn a choreographed routine including Street, Hip Hop and Reggaeton, a real urban fusion of dance styles .
